Members of Grace Bible Church Must Demonstrate the Following:
Saving Faith:
You must testify that you have trusted in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and acknowledge that your salvation is by faith alone in His finished works.

"If you confess that Jesus is Lord, and you believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
Doctrine:
You must read the doctrinal statement and constitution of Grace Bible Church and be in total agreement.

"There is one Body and one Spirit...there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all." Ephesians 4:4-6

"Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints." Jude 3
Church Attendance:
You pledge to be consistent as God's providence permits in the regular assemblies of the congregation for worship, prayer, and matters of church business.

"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another- and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:25
Spiritual Life:
With God's help, you will faithfully strive to grow spiritually which includes regular Bible study, prayer, witnessing to others, and submission to the dicipline of church leaders.

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God."

Ready to Become a Member?

At GBC, we have a simple way that you can commit to your faith and the church through membership. Just follow these steps to learn more about how to become an official member of Grace Bible Church!
Step #1:
Membership Class
Sign up for the membership class that is offered annually in the fall. During class, we talk about what church membership is, why it is important, and how you can become a member.
Step #2:
Meet With an Elder
Sit down for an informal conversation with a church elder to talk about your personal faith in Jesus. You'll also go over the church's doctrinal statement and constitution, and the elder can answer any questions that you have.
Step #3:
Present & Sign
The elders will set an official membership date where you will be presented to the church body during a service. You will also sign the membership covenant.
